Starting Over
NBC
When the ladies of the Starting Over House need to learn about communication and sharpen their listening skills, they are brought to IO West to participate in an Improv Workshop. COMMERCIALS
"Closing up Shop" – National Dairy Council
In this National spot for The Dairy Council, Jonathan tries to obtain some delicious cheese…with horrible horrible results.
Selected by the Chicago Sun Times as one of the year’s top commercials.
"The Institute" – Jeep
Jonathan had the honor of working with acclaimed director Michael Bay (director of Transformers, The Island, Pearl Harbor, Armageddon, Bad Boys, etc.) in this national commercial for Jeep.
Four square blocks of downtown LA were closed down to shoot this commercial.
"Tree House" – Toyota Sienna
In this commercial for Toyota, Jonathan plays a put-upon Dad who can’t lure his kids out of the comfort of their new Toyota Sienna, into his newly built tree house.
"The Fan" – AT&T
In this national spot, directed by David McNamara, Jonathan plays a very excitable football fan that doesn’t like to lose…or move around a lot.
"The Pool" – Blue Cross Blue Shield
This stylized national spot is one of Jonathan’s favorite jobs. Carefully coordinating a dozen actors and using some “camera magic” the spot shows a crowd of people, led by Jonathan, saving a drowning man in a very creative way.
"Pinky's Palace" – Mervyns
This might be the easiest commercial Jonathan has ever shot. All he had to do was pretend to be sleeping in a chair and wear a pink boa. (Just a normal Saturday night for him.)
"Stands For" – Home Depot
In this national spot for Home Depot Jonathan is a Home Depot rep, showing off the many splendid wonders of a door. “It opens...it closes...it opens...”
"Helping Hands" – Albertsons
In this spot Jonathan was a wide-eyed optimist who shared some of Albertson’s delicious food with those less fortunate.
"The BBQ " – Best Buy
This national commercial for Best Buy was shot unlike most commercials. Jonathan was a Best Buy employee who had customers to his “home”. Multiple cameras picked up the actors & guest throughout the afternoon eating, talking about Best Buy and playing with various gadgets.
"Bows" – Tri-Bond
This was Jonathan’s first commercial for a board game. What do a cute little dog, a statue of cupid and a violinist have in common? They were all in this commercial with Jonathan…oh and they all have bows!
